History of Radical Riders
adical Riders was impressed upon the heart of Michele Klein on March 23, 2002. God then began to fill in all the pieces of this new action sports ministry in a mighty way. In August of 2002 Radical Riders received it’s non-profit status from the IRS and everything was a go.
In the early days RR focused on reaching the people in Colorado. Soon God took His word on the road and in 2008 “The Radical Tour” traveled over 15,000 miles, log over 200 hours in the wakeboard boat, pass out over 500 bibles, give-a-way over 250 goodie bags, speak to thousands of people…in order to reach the lost with God’s Radical Truth. The Radical Tour goes to the lake, the dirt track, the skate park, the ski mountain, and the terrain park with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
In 2010 the ministry added the “online” element. We have countless resources and tools available for other Action Sport Enthusiasts interested in starting their own ministry, like a Skateboard Ministry. We have help so many ministries get their non-profit status, create mission statements, plan events, etc.
From day one God has continued to expand the territory of RR to reach countless people with the gospel of Jesus Christ. RR is a multifaceted action sports ministry focused on taking the gospel to the extreme. We have a burning desire to reach the skateboarder, wakeboarder, snowboarder, bmx rider, motocross rider, and wakeskater with the truth of God’s word, and introduce them to the radical Christian life.
God is amazing and we look forward to experiencing all that He has planned for this ministry in the years to come.
